Hello friends!!! It was my son's 8th birthday in February and as usual, I asked him what theme he wants for his birthday. I was pretty sure whatever he says I will just Google and find the world of ideas. But guess what he said Ultimate Beastmaster Party.......Honestly, I never saw a single episode of it. I had no idea what he was talking about but I still had faith in Google or Amazon that I will get something ...but to my nightmare, there was absolutely nothing!!!
For the invitation, I made the below invite
However, my son Krishiv(probably you all have known by this time ) wanted beastmaster dragon on the invite as well so I ended up making two invites. You can choose whichever you like.
I am yet to figure out how to make editable prints of the invite but if any of you wants to use my template do leave me a comment.

I also made Happy birthday bunting which you can download ultimate beastmaster HBD.
Letters have been done in blood stroke style to match the font of letters No trophies for participation in the Logo of Ultimate Beastmaster.
I made these party favor bags with the names of each kid to give a personalized touch
I made a big size poster with the name of Krishiv for table backdrop. If you would like to know more about making big posters do leave me a comment. Sorry for the bad lighting.
For kids table, I took prints of some random countries and tapped them on black table cloth as below
Kids like decoration but they were more excited about the games as this theme was all about it. I had kept the party indoors due to cold weather in Basel in February. I planned an indoor obstacle course for the kids.
We divided kids into teams of four and every team was named after country as in Original series and the team which took less time was the winner.
For an indoor obstacle course first, we joined a few tables to make a big table (where kids were going to sit around and eat after the games so no extra effort). Now kids can crawl under it for the first obstacle. Then I had put 2 hula loop and kids had to jump over it (like long jump) next hurdles were foot printshop. I had taken footprints in different colors and arranged them in a line with footprints facing different directions as in photo below.N ow kids had to jump facing the direction of the footprint. We made kids jump next to the paper so nobody slips. I used 8 steps. You can use as many you want. Next obstacle was like a high jump. I had a football goal post of good size. Kids had to jump over it and last was jumping through hula loop like a tiger in the circus. I had put the mattress at the end so nobody gets hurt. I had also planned for jumping on a small trampoline (indoor ones) and put some strings with Ultimate beastmaster stickers and kids had to jump and try to get one. I could not do it in my party as we forgot the strings at home but you all can do it.
Kids enjoyed the game and had lots of fun.
I also made Piñata which is always fun to have at any party.

As soon as I saw the first episode of it I knew what will be the design of my cake. It has to be the Beastmaster mouth with light effects.I was sure kids would love it. I will be posting step by step instructions to make this cake soon.

For photo booth, I again made a poster with the Beastmaster as below. This is my son getting clicked as the trial photo. You can make as big as you want. Just need a good resolution picture. This poster I made was of size 86cm by 145cm.

I also wanted to make an entrance as in the original series but it was a long shot to come up in 3d with limited time I had so ended up making it in 2d ..Kids loved it anyways!!!
